Touch HPE

This week for HPE LS1 played a game of touch to pick out the players for the upcoming touch tornument.

First, I walked to the field next to our class and sat down to listen to the advanced rules for touch. I found a group to be with and practised picking the ball up fast. If thats not clear, the group was put in a narrow circle and coach would say body parts or actions then “Ball!” and we would see who could pick it up.

Next, I got split into two teams, Non bibs and Bibs, I was in non bibs. Along side me was my friend. unfortuently they had the best team mate. But uh oh, he switched and we won the game easy.

Lastly,  I went back to class and bloged the experience.

Disco

Last Night, from 4:00 to 6:20 Panmure Bridge had a Disco in our school hall, We were equipped with food and drinks.

First, I walked to the school around 3:40, and watched the disco getting set up. I saw my friends while walking down an alleyway and picked up other friends. That passed the time for the disco to start. I went inside and it was Dark! but there was still LED lights for vision and decaration.

Next, I started to get food and drinks, then sat down with my friend just to be calm for the start instead of rushing it. The music was loud as, I swear the whole st could hear it. The Juniors were having fun and so were the seinors. There was a couple injurys but it was ok.

Lastly, Our dance team was ”Team Sigma”. I had a dance battle to team Skibidi Toilet? After that I exited the disco. Got dropped of home. Then told the story, And Blogged.

Shotput And High Jump

This week for HPE LS1 did shotput and high jump.

First we did high jump, we were tought 2 different landings. Scissor, and just landing on our bottom. I perfer just landing on the bottom, its funner and more comforble than just puting a hard object on a soft surface.

The next day LS1 group A did shotput, we revised this since we did this back in week 5 – 6. This time I threw futher than normal.

Lastly I bloged.

I enjoyed doing high jump the most since it is really fun to land.

I need to improve on really nothing since I have improved on shotput.

Long Jump

This week for physical education we have been practicing long jump for athletics day in week ten.

First I got onto 2 line, boys and girls and then started to walk to our new coach, Coach Lazerbeam/Coach Mike.

Next we had a warmup for high jump, two different types of tags, group tag. A tag where if you are taged you have to hold hands with the person that taged you, And cone tag. A tag where you have to tag someone with a cone pretty much normal tag just with a cone.

Lastly I bloged my task.

I enjoyed this task because it was fun and I love physical education.

I need to improve on my stanmina.

I was fast at running.

Discus

This week for HPE we have been practising discus for athletics day in week 9.

First we lined up and walked to the court, we also sat on the deck outside of the hall.

Next we started streching our legs, arms, and back. We also joged across the court and back.

Lastly we did one last warmup before throwing the discus. We would touch the last line on the court and each time we ran back we touched the line infront of it. Then we threw the discus.

I enjoyed this task because I enjoy discus.

I need to improve on keeping the discus in the zone.

I was good at throwing it at a decent distance.

PE- Batminton

I learnt skills in Badminton.

First I was taught how to hold and hit the racquet, the way to hit was to just use some power from your hand and most power from your wrist.

Next I played a game where I was in a group of 3 and someone hits the racquet against the bat shuttle and then,the person who hits it says someone name in this group.

Lastly I played piggy in the middle, my group was: Malosi, Marcle.

I enjoyed playing Badminton because it was fun hitting the shuttle. I was good at aim in Badminton. I need to improve on hitting with power.

PE Soccer

This week we revised soccer skills on the field.

First we did a warm up the warm up was like if you tag someone they have to do rock papper sissors. Depending on how old you were you were put in a diffrent part of the field.

Next we revised stopping and passing we were put in a group of three and we made a triangle and passed and stoped the ball and everytime we passed and stoped we spaced out to make the trangle bigger.

The game was where one person had the ball and couldnt move and then had to pass it to another person and get closer to the other team to tag them and get them out.

I enjoyed this task because it was fun to play soccer and train. I did well at stopping the ball. I need to improve on this because I’m not good at kicking with the inside of my foot.
